What we collect
The contact form collects your name, email address, selected service, message, optional business name, and the time your inquiry is submitted. It records whether an inquiry is new, read, replied to, or spam.
How it is used
WebPhilForge uses these details to review your request and communicate about it. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. This release does not send automatic emails.
Security and cookies
The website uses an essential session cookie for forms and administrator authentication. Rate limiting stores a keyed hash derived from the connection address, rather than the plain address, to reduce abuse. These records expire and can be cleaned up by the administrator. Hosting infrastructure may maintain separate access logs.
Access and retention
Authorized administrators can access inquiries. This release has no automatic inquiry deletion; the operator should review and remove records from the database when no longer needed, using an approved retention policy. Please avoid sending passwords, financial credentials, health information, or employee records.
